Cherie Chiles-Buchanan comes from a historic line of entrepreneurs. A native of Chicago, Illinois, Cherie was raised with a strong understanding of business ownership, as her family owned several multifamily properties, motels and stores. She has 22 years experience in real estate & marketing and 10 years experience in the entertainment industry. In 1997, at the age of 22, Cherie obtained her real estate license, purchased her first investment property, was the co-owner of a hair salon/barber shop, and owned and operated a snack shop & gaming center to provide a safe haven for local children. In 2007, Cherie and her family relocated to Atlanta. During one of the most challenging times in real estate history, she opened her own firm and weathered the storm. In 2009, Cherie was drafted into the entertainment industry as an Executive Producer. Her influential network of celebrities, athletes, producers, directors, etc., have referred solid real estate clients to her and has allowed Cherie to open doors for other agents on the residential sector while she focuses primarily on commercial real estate.
Cherie possesses a recognizable creative mindset and her effective marketing strategies have given an advantage to everyone she works with. Cherie is known to offer “gems” in almost every conversation, and most people learn quickly to take notes when she’s talking. Cherie Chiles-Buchanan recently takes pride in offering excellent service, reliability and strong negotiation skills.
